1. Sweepstakes Period:

The Dowers Sweepstakes begins on May 10th at 00:00 EST and ends on June 30th at 23:59 EST. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

2. Eligibility and Entry
   
   

   • The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York and Arizona, or any other jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by applicable law. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
     
     

   • Entries may be earned through standard participation in the Sweepstakes by submitting the online entry form. Additionally, participants may earn extra entries by following the Sweepstakes' social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), sharing posts, or engaging with other actions specified on the entry form.
     
     

   • Participants can also gain extra entries through the use of secret codes distributed at the sole discretion of Dowers Sweepstakes (e.g., via email, social media, or other methods). Dowers Sweepstakes reserves the right to determine the availability, method, and duration of these secret codes.
     
     

   • Extra entries earned through the use of secret codes will be valid for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
     
     

3. Permanent Extra Entries
   
   

   • In addition to entries earned during the current Sweepstakes, participants who complete certain actions (e.g., following all specified social media accounts or completing other promotional tasks) will earn permanent extra entries.
     
     

   • Each participant who submits a valid Free Entry Form will automatically receive 1 permanent entry, which will carry over into all future Dowers Sweepstakes.

   • Participants may unlock additional permanent entries by completing optional actions. To activate their permanent credit status, participants must write "Activate" in the comments section of the Even More Entries Form. Once activated, any additional permanent entries earned through optional actions will remain active for all future Dowers Sweepstakes.

   • Participation in these optional actions is free of charge and does not require any purchase. By completing the activation step and participating in additional actions, participants agree to be automatically enrolled in future sweepstakes and to carry over their permanent extra entries.
     
     

   • Permanent entries can be accumulated by following social media accounts or other similar actions specified by Dowers Sweepstakes. For example, if you follow all social media platforms as outlined on the entry form, you will earn one permanent extra entry for each social media account followed.
     
     

4. How to Enter
   
   

   • Participants may enter by submitting a completed entry form available here. Additional entries may be earned by completing optional actions as outlined on the Sweepstakes entry page.
     
     

   • Upon entering once, participants will have the option to be automatically enrolled in future sweepstakes.
     
     

5. How to Earn Additional Entries
   
   

   • Secret Codes: Secret codes may be released at any time during the Sweepstakes Period on this website or social media platforms. These codes can be redeemed by entering them into the designated area on the Even More Entries form. These codes will earn additional entries, amount determined by Dowers Sweepstakes at the time of their release for the current Sweepstakes.
     
     

   • Social Media Actions: By following and engaging with Dowers Sweepstakes on social media platforms, participants will earn permanent extra entries that will carry over to future sweepstakes, allowing for easier entry into all future giveaways. The number of extra entries for each platform followed is at the sole discretion of Dowers Sweepstakes.
     
     

   • Additional Actions: Extra entries may also be earned through various other actions as outlined on the entry form or any communications from Dowers Sweepstakes.
     
     

6. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a $100 prize, awarded via PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, or digital gift card. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Dowers Sweepstakes. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted.

   • To recognize and reward participation, the winner of each Dowers Sweepstakes will receive a permanent 10% bonus applied to their account for future sweepstakes. This bonus will increase by an additional 10% for each subsequent win. For example, the winner’s first bonus will be a 10% multiplier for future sweepstakes, and upon winning again, they will receive an additional 10% multiplier, totaling 20% for their next win, and so on.

   • The bonus multiplier will apply to the total number of entries or extra entries a participant has in any future sweepstakes, and the multiplier will remain in effect for all future Dowers Sweepstakes in which the participant enters. The bonus multiplier is non-transferable and has no cash value.

   • By entering and winning a Dowers Sweepstakes, participants agree to the potential application of such bonuses in future sweepstakes promotions.
     
     

7. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Dowers Sweepstakes within 7 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.
   
   

   • If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
     
     

8. Odds
   The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   

9. Cancellation Clause
   Dowers Sweepstakes reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event that fewer than 100 valid entries are received, or due to any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond Dowers Sweepstakes' control that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

   • A valid entry into the Dowers Sweepstakes is defined as the completion of the entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, including all required fields, and meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

   • To be considered a valid entry, participants must:

     1. Submit a completed entry form: Participants must fully complete the official entry form available on the Sweepstakes website. The form must be submitted with accurate and truthful information. Entries with incomplete or inaccurate information will be disqualified.

2. Eligibility Verification: Participants must meet all eligibility requirements, including being 18 years of age or older and being a legal resident of the United States, excluding any prohibited states (such as New York and Arizona). Participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria will have their entries invalidated.

3. Adhere to Entry Guidelines: Participants must follow the specific instructions listed on the entry form, including any actions necessary to gain additional entries (e.g., following social media accounts, sharing posts, etc.). Entries that do not follow the correct process or fail to complete required actions may be disqualified.

4. Use of Secret Codes (if applicable): If secret codes are provided, they must be entered correctly in the designated area on the entry form to earn additional entries. Secret codes are only valid for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period and may expire after a specified time. Codes that are entered incorrectly or after the expiration date will not be accepted.

5. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Sweepstakes is free, and no purchase is required to enter. Entries that involve any form of unauthorized payment or attempt to bypass the entry guidelines will be considered invalid.

10. Limitation of Liability
    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Dowers Sweepstakes from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/possession/use/misuse of the prize.
    
    

11. Privacy and Publicity
    Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties. However, by entering, you agree to subscribe to the Dowers Sweepstakes' email newsletter. You may opt out of receiving future emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in all email communications.
    
    

12. Governing Law
    This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
    
    

13. Code Availability and Expiration
    
    

• Secret codes are subject to availability and may be made available through various communication channels such as email, social media, or the Sweepstakes website. These codes will be available only for a limited time and will expire after a specified duration.
  
  

• Expiration of Codes: Secret codes are only valid during the Sweepstakes Period. Once the Sweepstakes ends, any unused secret codes will no longer be redeemable.
  
  

13. Right to Modify or Cancel Codes and Extra Entries
    Dowers Sweepstakes reserves the right to cancel, alter, or modify the way secret codes and extra entries are distributed, earned, or redeemed. This includes the right to invalidate entries if any improper methods of entry are suspected, or if the participant fails to meet the eligibility criteria.

• Participants are advised to regularly check their email, the Sweepstakes website, and other communications from Dowers Sweepstakes for any updates, secret code opportunities, or actions that can help increase entries.
  
  

• All changes to the entry process, including the addition or removal of earning opportunities, will be communicated to participants through the official channels.
